I enjoy a high protein smoothie EVERY SINGLE DAY, usually as a sweet and nutritious mid afternoon snack around 3-4pm. A nutrient dense snack like a smoothie helps keep me stay active and energized until dinner. It also helps me stay full until dinner and prevents me from over-indulging at dinner or after dinner.
Below is my go to recipe for my go to daily smoothie! You will LOVE it.
