🆕 🥳 Beginner Strength (Northport)
The perfect class for anyone completely new to strength training or for older adults.
​
This 30 minute full body strength class includes a warm up, low impact strength training and a short cooldown.
It incorporates bodyweight movements, dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Modifications always available.
It's recommended to stay for Recover and Restore, which is free if you attend this class.
Upper Body and Core
(Leland)
This 60 minute class strengthens your upper body and core to build muscle and strength in your chest, back, shoulders, arms, abdominals, obliques and stabilizer muscles.

It incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, with progressive overload.

It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
🆕 🥳 Recover and Restore
(Northport)
This 30 minute class is a combination of multiple methods of full body passive and dynamic stretching, foam rolling, tissue tightness release, and movement quality improvement.

Lower Body
(Leland)
This 60 minute class strengthens and builds muscle in your lower body, including thighs (quads), glutes, hamstrings, calves and lower back.
It incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, with progressive overload.
It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
Int/Adv Full Body
(Northport)
This is an intermediate/advanced full body strength class to build muscle and strength. It incorporates barbells (occasionally), dumbbell, kettlebell and resistance bands, with progressive overload.
Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.

Tuesdays focus is Core and Thursdays focus in Cardio.
Full Body

This 60 minute strength class strengthens and builds muscle in the entire body.
It incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, with progressive overload.
It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
