Class Descriptions

Fitness Equipment

WELCOME

All classes are a semi private experience (maximum of 10 participants). Each class includes personal attention, individualized cueing and modifications as needed. 

Train 

(Leland)

This 60 minute full body class is designed for all people at every fitness level to maintain and build mobility, increase strength and tone all the muscles in your body. 

​

The class incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands and cardio machines. 

​

It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available. 

 

This class is not currently offered

🆕 🥳 Cardio Build

(Northport)

This is an intermediate/advanced high intense cardio focused 

class with goal to build aerobic conditioning to strengthen the heart and lungs and burns calories. The class progresses week to week. We track our heart rates and work up to a 90% max heart rate in the last week or two.

Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available. 

​

Train: Intermediate (Northport)

The perfect full body class for anyone one to year years into strength training and/or for older adults. 

​

This 60 minute full body strength class includes a mobility driven warm up, balance and core work, low impact strength training and a short cooldown. 

 

It incorporates all the foundational movements (squats, hinge, push, pull, load and rotation). 

 

The class includes bodyweight movements, machines, barbells and/or dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Modifications always available.

🆕 🥳 Foundations 55+

(Leland)

This class is the perfect blend of mobility, balance and strength training for active agers, 55 years and above.

​

Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down.  Modifications always available. 

​

Class is offered in the summer months June - August 

Hybrid

(Leland)

This 60 minute class is the perfect match up of strength training meets cardio. It's designed to strengthen your muscles and build aerobic capacity. You'll burn calories and most definitely strengthen the heart and lungs, too. 

 

It incorporates higher intensity interval training, cardio zone training and circuits. The class incorporates free weight equipment and ski ergs, rowing machines and bikes. 

​

It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
