Class Descriptions

Hybrid (Leland)

A 60-minute full-body class designed for all fitness levels to build strength, improve mobility, tone the entire body and build cardiovascular fitness. 

This class combines strength training with higher-intensity intervals (no jumping), cardio zone work, and circuits using a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and cardio machines.

Each session includes a guided warm-up and cool-down, with modifications available for every level.

Train: (Northport)

The perfect full-body class for anyone looking to learn and build a strong foundation in strength training.

This 60-minute session includes a mobility-focused warm-up, balance and core work, low-impact strength training, and a short cool-down.

You’ll work through all the foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and rotation—using a variety of equipment including bodyweight, machines, barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

Modifications are always available, so you can train at your own level.

🆕 🥳 Foundations 55+

(Leland)

A 60-minute class for anyone 55+ that blends strength training with low-intensity cardio to build muscle, improve aerobic capacity, and support heart health.

Expect a mix of zone 2 intervals, cardio-based circuits, and progressive strength work using free weights, SkiErgs, rowing machines, and bikes.

Each session includes a guided warm-up and cool-down, and all movements can be modified to meet you where you’re at.
