The program is challenging, but with each class I find I'm building strength and power behind the movements. Sue designs programming that is tailored for individual skill level and goals. I used to focus solely on cardio and run on average 3mi/day. This was particularly hard on my body and especially my knees, and didn't produce the results I was hoping for--I had plateaued. Sue's combination of interval training and weights takes less time than my running routine and better than that, the workout yields better results. I now feel confident lifting weights, not only in knowing what a suitable weight level is for me, but also in knowing how and when to challenge myself.
