The workout should take you about 30 (low end) - 45 minutes (high end).

What is RPE? RPE is the Rate of Perceived Exertion or intensity in which you're lifting, on a scale of 0-10. 10 being the most difficult or highest exertion level and 0 being the easiest.
It should take a lot of focus/energy and should be challenging especially on the last set of each set or superset or circuit.
How do I know which weight to choose?
● Go based off your RPE as described above.
● If you complete a set or circuit and feel as though you could do 4 or more reps then increase the weight, reps or tempo the next set.
● If you complete a set and fail the movement before completing recommended reps then decrease your weight the next set.
