This summer series is the perfect blend of mobility, balance and strength for active agers, 55 years and above. Classes are held in the Leland School weight room. The address is 200 N Grand Ave, Leland, MI 49654. Park in the PAC (performing arts) parking lot, go through the door with the "7" on it and turn right.
