Between every strength cycle, we run a ONE WEEK "DELOAD", when we workout at 50% our normal intensity. Deload weeks allow our bodies to BUILD STRENGTH and REST between intense cycles. Let's use this week to build more strength AND develop healthy habits as we GOOO 🤩🤩 So what's the CHALLENGE? 😅😅 EVERY SINGLE DAY we all commit to: ✅ complete at least 4 of the 15 MINUTE WORKOUTS (equipment required: dumbbells) scheduled throughout the week. ✅ WALK at least 5K and up to 10K steps ✅ SLEEP 7+ hours each night ✅ complete the HABIT of the day Every person who performs all (at the minimum) assigned tasks will enter into a drawing to receive a $50 gift card from Lululemon 🎉🎉🎉 Sue will pick one lucky winner!
