This 60 minute class is the perfect match up of strength training meets cardio. It's designed to strengthen your muscles and build aerobic capacity. You'll burn calories and most definitely strengthen the heart and lungs, too. It incorporates higher intensity interval training, cardio zone training and circuits. The class incorporates free weight equipment and ski ergs, rowing machines and bikes. It includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
