Service Description

This class is a blend of strengthening your upper body and core, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. It is created to build muscle and strength in your upper body including chest, back, shoulders, arms, abdominals, obliques and stabilizer muscles. In addition to our upper body work, a stronger core helps us strengthen all of our other lifts and helps build better stability and balance, too. We practice only the most effective exercises to strengthen your entire core (AKA no sit ups!).
