Service Description
This is the perfect class for people new or intermediate to strength training or older adults. This full body strength class will include a warm up, low impact strength training and a short cooldown for the entire body. It will incorporate bodyweight movements, dumbbells and/or resistance bands. The class is 60 minutes long.
