📌📌 Save the date! Pelvic Health expert and Physical Therapist Dr. Erica O'Neal will be attending Leland classes on October 25th to discuss: ✅ Pelvic Floor 101 ✅ How the Pelvic Floor supports the entire body ✅ Diaphragm Breathing ✅ Reasons we may leak (it's more than just doing kegels!) Leland classes will be FREE this day for all current and former clients. Plan to come and participate in a 30 minute strength class and 30 minute pelvic floor discussion. Classes are held in the Leland School weight room. The address is 200 N Grand Ave, Leland, MI 49654. Park in the PAC (performing arts) parking lot, go through the door with the "7" on it and turn right. The door should be unlocked. You'll see the weight room windows on your right as you wind around.
