Service Description

This full body strength and circuit training class will build muscle in your lower body, including thighs (quads), glutes, hamstrings, calves and lower back. It incorporates barbells (occasionally), dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, with progressive overload. Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. Modifications always available.
