Service Description

This is an intermediate/advanced full body strength and circuit training class will build muscle throughout your body. It incorporates barbells (occasionally), dumbbell, kettlebell and resistance bands, with progressive overload. Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. On Tuesdays the class will focus on Core and on Thursdays the focus in on cardio conditioning.
