Service Description

This full body strength and circuit training class will build muscle throughout your body. It incorporates barbells (occasionally), dumbbell, kettlebell and resistance bands, with progressive overload. Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. No jumping, and modifications will be available.
