Service Description

This full body strength class will build muscle throughout your body. It incorporates barbells, dumbbell, kettlebell and resistance bands, with progressive overload. Class is 60 minutes long and, as always, includes a guided warm up and cool down. No jumping, and easy to modify (just go lighter with the weight).
