Service Description

This is the perfect class for people completely new to strength training or older adults. This full body strength class will include a warm up, low impact strength training and a short cooldown. It will incorporate bodyweight movements, dumbbells and/or resistance bands. The class is 30 minutes long. It's recommended to stay for Stretch and Recover, which is free if you attend Beginner Strength.
