If your goal is to improve your overall upper body and core strength or to achieve at least 1 strict push up, this is the course for you! After 30 days, the average client who finished the program improved their push up from ~3 push ups to ~10 standard push ups. This program progresses over 30 days, with active recovery and rest days built in. You'll test your upper body strength on the first as well as the last day of the program. Each workout consists of 2 priming (warm up) movements, 2 core movements and 2 -3 upper body strength accessory movements. 30 second video tutorials of all exercises are included. All the workouts are bodyweight (no equipment needed) and should take no longer than 20 minutes.
